How to Make a Limoncello Highball Cocktail

The Limoncello Highball is a simple and refreshing cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. Ingredients

  • 60ml Limoncello

  • 120ml Sparkling Water

  • Lemon slices for garnish

 

Method

  1. Add limoncello to your glass and fill with ice

  2. Top the glass off with sparkling water

  3. Stir to combine ingredients and garnish with a lemon slice

Bartender’s Tip

If Limoncello makes you nervous because of the sweetness (or sourness), add three dashes of orange bitters to round off that sweet-sour edge – making it a little more approachable.
